4. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Full payment must be received before order processing.

Selected products offer optional personalisation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details are accurate before submitting an order.
Personalised products cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded due to change of mind.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty or misdescribed goods.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch times provided are estimates only.
Delivery delays caused by third-party couriers are outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the nominated address.
7. Returns, Refunds & Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for products that:
Are faulty or defective
Are significantly different from their description
Are unsafe or not fit for their intended purpose
Returns Policy:
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
Products must be unused and in original condition where possible.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Candles must be used strictly in accordance with the provided safety instructions.
Alpi Luxe is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
