  • Alpi Luxe currently ships within Australia.

  • International shipping may be offered in the future and will be communicated on the website if applicable.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Alpi Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

5. Order Tracking

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers must ensure that all delivery details are accurate at checkout.

  • Alpi Luxe is not responsible for delays, loss, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Lost Parcels

  • Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery responsibility lies with the courier service.

  • Alpi Luxe will assist with lodging an enquiry where possible but is not liable for courier-related losses beyond legal obligations.

8. Authority to Leave (ATL)

  • By placing an order, you authorise the courier to leave the parcel in a safe location if you are not available to receive it.

  • Alpi Luxe is not responsible for parcels once delivery is confirmed by the courier.

9. Packaging

  • All orders are carefully packed to protect products during transit.

  • Gift hampers and candles are packaged with care to maintain quality and presentation.

10. Changes or Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once dispatched.

  • Requests to change shipping details must be submitted immediately after placing the order and are subject to approval.
