Alpi Luxe currently ships within Australia.
International shipping may be offered in the future and will be communicated on the website if applicable.

Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Lost Parcels
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery responsibility lies with the courier service.
Alpi Luxe will assist with lodging an enquiry where possible but is not liable for courier-related losses beyond legal obligations.
8. Authority to Leave (ATL)
By placing an order, you authorise the courier to leave the parcel in a safe location if you are not available to receive it.
Alpi Luxe is not responsible for parcels once delivery is confirmed by the courier.
9. Packaging
All orders are carefully packed to protect products during transit.
Gift hampers and candles are packaged with care to maintain quality and presentation.
10. Changes or Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once dispatched.
Requests to change shipping details must be submitted immediately after placing the order and are subject to approval.
